A 14-seater Hiace van rental costs approximately AED 6,500 to AED 8,500 per month with driver and fuel for short local routes. This is the right choice for small teams, airport transfers or hotel shuttles.

A 23-seater Toyota Coaster or Mitsubishi Rosa ranges from AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month with driver and fuel. Without fuel, the rate drops to roughly AED 10,000 per month. Older models are available at lower prices.

A 30-seater staff bus costs AED 10,500 to AED 13,500 per month with driver and fuel, or AED 9,000 to AED 10,000 without fuel. This is the most popular size for medium-sized staff shuttles and school routes.
