How does staff transport pricing work in Dubai?+
Staff transport is quoted monthly per route, not per day. The price depends on pickup points, total daily distance, vehicle size and contract length. Annual contracts bring the per-employee cost down meaningfully.
Can I get staff transport for free zones like JAFZA, DMCC, DAFZ?+
Yes. We run daily staff routes into JAFZA, DMCC, DAFZ, DIFC, Dubai South, KIZAD and every major UAE free zone. Pass and security clearance arrangements are handled on our side.
What's the minimum number of staff to start a route?+
Practically, anything from a 14-seater up. For smaller groups (under 14) we recommend a Hiace; for full office routes a 30 or 50-seater becomes more economical per head.
