Need a small group transfer? Our 14-seater Toyota Hiace and 23-seater Toyota Coaster handle airport runs, hotel pickups and small VIP groups. For larger movements — staff buses, labour camps, school trips, weddings — we run 30, 34 and 50-seater buses with luggage holds.
For full-size group transport and inter-emirate routes, our 60, 66 and 67-seater Higer and Ashok Leyland coaches offer reclining seats, A/C and luggage capacity. Tell us the group size and route; we'll quote the right vehicle, not the most expensive.
How Dubai bus rental pricing works.
Pricing depends on four things: seater size, contract length, daily kilometres, and whether fuel and Salik are included. A one-day rental costs more per day than a monthly contract — that's normal. For staff and school routes we quote monthly all-in, so there are no surprises at the end of the month.
Avoid quotes that look 30% below the market — there's always a reason. Either the vehicle is old, the driver is unlicensed, or insurance is missing. When that's the case in Dubai, you find out the hard way.

How much does bus rental in Dubai cost?+
Rates start from around AED 600/day for a 14-seater Hiace and scale to AED 1,800/day for a 67-seater coach. Monthly contract rates are significantly lower per day. The price depends on seater size, contract length, route distance and whether the rental includes a driver and fuel.
Does bus rental include a driver in Dubai?+
Yes. Every JMT Group bus rental in Dubai includes a uniformed, RTA-licensed driver. Self-drive bus rental is not legal under UAE passenger transport regulations.
What sizes of bus can I rent in Dubai?+
We rent 14-seater Hiace vans, 23-seater coasters, 30, 34, 50, 53, 60, 66 and 67-seater buses and coaches. The right size depends on group count, route and luggage — call us and we'll match the vehicle to the job, not push the biggest one.
Can I rent a bus in Dubai for one day?+
Yes. We offer daily bus rental for airport transfers, weddings, conferences, school trips and tour groups. For ongoing routes (staff, school, labour) monthly contracts are far cheaper per day.
